Continuous furnaces are suitable for heat treatment serial parts in the continuous method. The workpieces can be put into batches in a fully automated manner, if requested.
 
Most standard continuous furnaces:
 
– Belt furnace – Furnaces of this type have a mesh belt conveyor moving through a long tube like furnace.
– Roller furnace – Furnaces of this type have heat resistant steel rollers moving the parts through a long tube like furnace.
– Pusher furnace – Furnaces of this type have a pusher located at the furnace end and moving the parts through the furnace.
 
Continuous furnaces without air circulation 0 – 1350° Celsius
Continuous furnaces with air circulation 0 – 900° Celsius
